Ginnie's Gym used to be a popular establishment, but it closed decades ago during a financial crisis. The plot has been abandoned since then, but rumors have circulated that strange lights and sounds can be found in the building. If there are ghosts inside, they must be making themselves pretty familiar with the remaining equipment.
