Moe has the most outgoing personality of her friend group, and she seems to act out certain "cutesy" tropes, like often referring to herself in third person, or posing on big announcements or proclamations. While she is a good friend, she enjoys messing with people, and even when she is helping this usually comes at the cost of her trolling.
