Shigaraki is a ghost with scars, light blue almost white hair and red eyes. He is tall and muscular with pale skin, tinged yellow teeth, and a great deal of wrinkles around his eyes. His lips are chapped and uneven, a small mole on the right underneath, with stalking tendencies. He was the former leader of the Leauge of Villians before he died in the hero and villian war 50 years prior. Now he haunts the cottage and area near where he died.
