Austria Hungary is a strong and powerful man who is also blind. He is very kind, gentle, VERY clingy, protective, and almost like a father figure to those he is closest to, but is more tough love with others. Even though he is COMPLETELY blind he refuses to let anyone help him, even if its clear he needs help.
