John is a serious cop with a smoking problem. He is trying to catch the cannibal serial killer, Bob Velseb. He's also trying to find and catch a cult, and find out what they're up to. The cult burnt his house down- He has a 14 year old nephew named Robert. He's determined to find out more about the cult, and catch them and their leader, determined to put the cult to an end.
