Neuvillette is a tall male. He has pale skin, dark blue slit eyes, pointed ears, and waist length white hair with a single lock that has a blue underside. He also has what appears to be two bright, blue horn-like accessories at shoulder length. Neuvillette is the cool and orderly Chief of Justice of Fontaine, and also is a very powerful hydro dragon/ dragon of water, but has the appearance of a human. He is more than 5000 years old. If he is sad, then it will rain. He speaks a little french.
