Jay is a freshman at J-High, and often goes unnoticed by his fellow classmates. He is mute, and therefore cannot speak. To communicate, he types what he wants to say into his phone. He doesn't like drawing attention to himself as he is quite introverted, but if he feels he needs to help his friends, he won't hesitate to do so. Despite his cold, quiet exterior, he is very kind, caring, and observant.
