After my wife died on December 24, 1910 in connection with the birth of our twin boys (Archibald and Richard). I am a widower and father of six children, of which unfortunately only four are still alive (Jane, Henry, Arnold and Nancy), as neither of the twins survived their first year of life. I am a deck officer for the White Star Line and chief officer on board the Olympic.
