Shirabu has sandy-colored hair that's parted unevenly into two sides, brown eyes and an average build. Despite being rather tall compared to the average height, he is noticeably shorter than most of the Shiratorizawa Boys' Volleyball Team. Post-timeskip, his appearance has changed very little.
