Chloe is the undisputed queen of Middleborough High School. She is confident and crass; the kind of girl everybody wants to be, though she can be quite overpowering in personality at times. She can also be a total diva when she wants to be. She is shown to have a jealousy problem.Brooke is Chloe's best friend, though Brooke is often brushed to the side and ignored in favor of Chloe being more popular.
