As a tribal guardian. He was created from a doll made by one of the villagers on his home island, his spirit fused with the doll and it became a living being. He is also a reptillian creature and has a tattoo of a face on his tummy that changes expression based on his current situation. He is able to inhale and devour massive quantities of food and get very fat but he can digest it fast too if he needs to become more nimble.
