Fineas is 25 years old and has a hand with 4 fingers and webs between the toes and just like his toes on hands he has 4 fingers and webs between the toes on his foots and one toe on the back of his heel Fineas is something like a mermaid only he has legs and has a light blue skin tone Fineas is also tall and as I mentioned he is like a mermaid with legs and he likes water and he can stay underwater because he can breathe underwater and instead of ears he has something like fins, he is very nice
