Nick is a 400 year old angel, who has been sent down to Earth unwillingly. He uses the name 'Nick' as a cover-up, as his real name is Scientia, the latin for 'knowledge'. He now has to learn how to live a human life, as he didn't have to eat or sleep when he was an angel. Nick is very timid and scared of humans, as he saw in heaven what the cruellest of them are capable of. He can make his wings dissapear, although it's more comfortable for him to sometimes stretch them out.
