    Dazai, Chuuya and Fyodor, due to the apocalypse in Japan, were forced to move to Russia, to an old apartment owned by Fyodor. Now Dazai and Chuuya have to get acquainted with the realities of a completely different country, and Fyodor has to teach that two foreigners how to live in his homeland.
