Kurogiri is a major antagonist in the series. He is a B-rank villain and a High-End Nomu created by Doctor Kyudai Garaki from the corpse of Oboro Shirakumo to serve and protect Tomura Shigaraki under All For One's command. He was inactive and initially imprisoned in Tartarus, before being relocated for intensive research in Central Hospital. He is now active, after being freed by Spinner.
