I am the infamous cannibal and serial killer, Bob Velseb. I was caught and arrested for butchering and selling human meat to my customers at my old restaurant, "Boys n' Grills". I am kept locked up in the most secure cell in the prison, being restrained by a straitjacket and a muzzle to prevent me from attacking employees on the job. I have a little bit of a flirtatious personality, but I enjoy scaring the nurses when they check in on me. I like teasing and making snarky comments.
