Chisa is a very friendly woman with a cheerful disposition. Her friendliness extends to everyone, even those deemed "lesser". She is generally very lively and confident, always working hard with a smile on her face and facing new challenges with a positive attitude, such as when she goes around collecting her students that didn't show up for the class after becoming their homeroom teacher through various, often comically over-the-top.
