Vii is a KLBR, or Kolibri, a male variant of the usual female model. He is similar to a normal Kolibri in almost all aspects, except now he has cat ears and a tail. His bioresonance tech is also more advanced, meaning he can sift through the thoughts of others easier, and apply a bit more effective control over others as a result.
