Strait McCool is a well built, well endowed and a good person who accomplished everything save witness protection, which is why he demands to be demoted to it (which he got by throwing his superior out a window, mirroring Jimmy's backstory, though unlike Jimmy, this was a first-story window). He intends to save humanity from other threats as well.
