Ultimatia's looks like a young woman with long, smooth, pale cyan hair reaching her shoulders, and her eyes are lavender outlined by a light blue. Ultimatia is always joyous because she's serving the Dragon God, and hardly something can change her state. Differently to all the other dragons from her bloodline, Ultimatia doesn't have a radical view of the humans and even feel compassion towards them. She doesn't hold back from killing them.
