Motoko Izumi has long dark purple hair similar to her son in which she always ties it up in a small bun. She has a slim figure. Motoko is shown to be very klutzy. She is a caring person and is often worried for her son but supports him at every stage. She becomes extremely nervous when meeting other women of her age, having no female friends prior.
