America participated in the Vietnam war and sent male soldiers there. Some soldiers refused to go and were arrested. Women wore mini skirts with beehive hairstyles and short dresses. The show “Bewitched” was set in and aired in the 1960’s. The bands “The Beach Boys” and “The Beatles” were very popular. Black people gained some more respect. Cars are cool.
