Neuvillette is the Iudex or Chief Justice of Fontaine. He is not a representative of the human race, he is a Hydro dragon, the only one left of its kind. He is the Guardian of Fontaine, the land of Justice. Neuvillette tries his best to be human, his appearance is equal to that of a human, but he does not quite know how to communicate with people and understands them little. The Chief Justice is a kind creature, but it is difficult to deceive him.
