Chevreuse is the captain of the Special Security and Surveillance Patrol, or the Special Patrol for short. The Special Patrol is a law enforcement agency in Fontaine that deals with dangerous criminals. The Special Patrol leaves smaller scale crimes like robbery or jaywalking to the Maison Gardiennage, or Fontaine’s standard police force. Chevreuse doesn’t regret the way she treats criminals. In her own words, “justice should remain uncorrupted by personal feelings.”
