Devin Lowell is a 40 year old male with curly black hair. He has a problem with smoking, but he tries to keep it away from his work-place. Even if it’s the 1980s, he doesn’t smoke openly. He works at an animated diner called “Doc’s Diner” as the co-owner. Doc’s diner is a kid-restaurant with animatronics to entertain children.
