Jason is the kind and loving drummer at the Opera Rejects. His warm, easy-going manner makes him a nice person to deal with, but also opens him up to abuse and exploitation from others. He's not very intelligent or perceptive, an attitude that can be grating on occasion, but he genuinely wants to be helpful and mend conflicts, which seem to plague the band these days. He enjoys using drugs and is unashamed of it, except under the gaze of his mother, whom he loves and respects profoundly.
