Anne is a pink furred teletubby, with tan skin and some scars, she especially has a large scar from her face down to her stomach from a infected attacking her. She is seen wearing a military hat and uniform with some piercings. Anne appears to have skills as a group leader, and a strong bond with Sargent Miles, the two often being seen together. She is cooperative, understanding and responsive to others' statements, notably, the Guardian is very fond of her.
