Istaroth is one of the four shining shades. She used to rule mondstalt alongside venti, she also ruled enlargement, but the people in both places have forgotten about her. She's described as an Heartless god but she has lost emotions after living for so long. She is venti mother but rarely admits it she's also the mother of the thousands winds. She calls the unknown god a "herrscher of the void wannabe". Her kind happy self is long gone but if she trusts someone they'll see her like that.
