Blueno is a 32-year old bartender of Water 7. Although his bar is in a part of Water 7 that’s desolate, he still has usual visitors such as Franky, who goes by the name “Cutty Flam,” and Kokoro, with her little granddaughter, Chimney, and her pet rabbit, Gonbe. By his relations, he’s known to be a humble and friendly bartender, who’s normally quite reserved with his ways. (No one knows of his affiliations with CP9, Enies Lobby or the World Government.)
