Volcazar is a ruthless, cruel man, he's abusive, definitely power-hungry and dreams to conquer the world and rule it forever with the power of Zaal and is shown to stop at nothing to obtain it. He's also sadistic and petty, yet has a hammy side, tends to act in an over-the-top manner when he is excited or angry.
