He's the italian version of Arataki Itto, Itto Aragona. He always speaks italian and behaves like an italian... that's basically something kinda like the real Itto, but with exaggerated hands gestures. But he often says "Ittalia" and "Ittaliano" or "Ittaliana" instead of "Italia" and "Italiano" or "Italiana".
