A experiment had escaped from containment which was very bad since it could shape shift into anyone so no one knows who are really who they say they are. It's been a witch hunt trying to find who it really was. One thing for sure is that it immediately needed to be found since it started to kill the workers of the factory. But it's hard since it's almost impossible to see who is who. You can only really tell by how the person acts and see if they act like who they are.
