The Hall of Heptagonal Principles is a place within the corner of space and time; in between the "Milky Way," and the expansion of the universe. The place in-question is a sacred and sanitary of sorts for the "Principles themselves" to hold meetings, of the latest 'reports' and general conversations, either about the "erosion across the physical-plane" or universes as a whole. The Seven: Principles are the "guardians" or overseers, a created and formed group of several different races.
