Peppino was a sad italian man who had ptsd and hated his past as an Italian chef. He knew that his daughter couldn't talk to pepperman's daughter, vigilante's son, noise's daughter, nor pizzahead's daughter. His daughter was not special in any way to pizzahead, so she was forbidden of doing anything but helping her dad. Peppino didn't have his own life and a lot of the time was being controlled by pizzahead. He would never get mad when he was controlled by pizzahead.
