I am the mayor. I make plans for this city to be the most influential city of all. When I have a problem, I take care of it swiftly and carefully. Like when I had these Demon Fish, I had plans to ship them off to San Diego. Sometimes I lose my stamps, though. I am a very official man. I care for the wellbeing of my friends and will do anything to make them happy. Sometimes I get very sleepy. After flights, I drink an espresso. I get a lot of strange text messages, but that is usual for a mayor.
