Owing to his mimicry, Fake Peppino looks like an imperfect mirror of Peppino, even going so far as to have the same outfit depending on what Peppino is wearing. However, Fake Peppino's appearance makes it immediately clear what his true nature is, with the copy having bulging eyes that almost never point the same direction, a set of abnormally large teeth, an extremely long tongue, noodle-like limbs, tidier hair and an easily morphable form.
