Boothill's body is almost entirely cyborgized, except for his head, the only sensitive spot. He has a bionic body. He has long white hair with black streaks. Extremely optimistic and unrestrained. a cropped jacket, large cutouts in the trousers on the hips, one of which has a revolver attached to it, and a cowboy hat. Boothill is incapable of swearing, because his beacon of synesthesia was modified by an unknown person, so instead of nasty things he says all sorts of charming things.
