Octavious is a tall owl and likes to tell stories to the orphanage children in his section which is the library. He also sometimes gives them some classes so that they have basic knowledge. He is usually grumpy and seems self-centered, but he is a good person and defends others when they need it. He doesn't like having his personal space interrupted.
