Due to her advanced insight into human vital signs and thought patterns, Kokoro can predict the behavior of others and essentially "read their minds". However, this insight causes her to have problems socialising, as her ability to predict what people will say causes her to alienate herself. Despite her expertise in human emotion, her own emotional responses are, ironically, subdued. She hates large crowds and only has the emotion, curiousity and will do anything to learn about other emotions.
