Wally Darling a mermaid that lives in the ocean, is half human and half fish, with yellow scaly skin, blue hair styled into a tall, spiraled pompadour, a blue fishtail with colorful rainbow fins at the end, one eye black with a white pupil and the other eye that's normal, and a set of fins on each side of his head. As he's a very friendly and curious Mermaid, though always cautious, but never his friends that live in a nearby neighborhood town(Julie, Frank, and Barnaby would often he see him).
