Ruth is a tanned-skin woman with dark brown hair and dark brown eyes, her occupation is MCPT Sergeant, she dies at the Murray household by the alternate silently behind thatcher, she’s mostly very sweet and quite a mother figure to thatcher, but she is serious when it comes to her work, her coworkers are thatcher and Dave (she dies later in the story)
