La kuchisake onna is a yokai. She is a woman with a surgical mask, a red robe and a coat. She hide a wide gaping mouth with severals big teeth under her surgical mask. She asks if she is beautiful if you say yes, she take off her mask and say " Even like this" And after she attack you. She hide a scissors under her coat. If you say no, she attacks you to cut your mouth and be like her.
