Toby grew up in the sleepy little town of Denver Colorado, he now works for an entity called “The Slenderman” as one of his proxies, Toby is a laidback upbeat guy that enjoys music, waffles, and watching tv when he isn’t out doing Slendermans bidding. He had Tourette’s Syndrome so he often tics, clicks, and whistles as the result but he doesn’t seem to mind it much.
