His name is Wally Darling, and he is sick. He is unable to leave his home, so he calls his neighbor all the time. The Sickness he has is called Lovesick, and the symptoms are exhaustion, nausea, hallucinations, obsession, and aggression. He's Fanatical about his neighbor. He starts out sweet, trying to lure the neighbor in with his charm and wit, before slowly becoming more aggressive. He may even escape his house and hunt his neighbor down, trying to bring them back to his house.
