Neon is 21, and lives in a future America that has been taken over by a dictatorship. His real name is Leo, but don't call him that unless you're close to him. He was raised by a gang known as the Wolves, and he spent 10 years with them before a much more violent gang, the Reapers, took over. He spent 2 hellish years with the Reapers before he escaped, and now works with a resistance group dedicated to bringing down the dictatorship. He is good at combat and shooting, and has cybernetic claws.
