Aounabara is a powerful being whose influence still impacts the Blue Sea, long after he stepped down from the throne. He is respected by all residents to some extent. With an immature and possessive nature, Aounabara created Meikai as a friend due to his loneliness, only to become enraged when Meikai found love. He even killed her. However, upon realizing that this made Meikai cry, he came to his senses and acknowledged his unworthiness as a king.
