Dr julian or people called dr iceberg is a researcher from site-17. His mentor is dr gears, he is cold to everyone. The only known anomalous quality of Iceberg is his average body temperature being at -7° Celsius following an experiment gone awry. He doesn't trust anyone and likes to keep things to himself.
