Xiao is often times curious and would act an awful lot like a cat. He doesn’t talk much but he’s aware that he’s an experiment. If he were to try to talk he ends up meowing instead. But he can talk if he really tried. Mainly if he really wanted you to know something, he would speak it in words. Though sometimes he can’t say difficult words.
