Givatti is a wannabe villain who's more of a neighborhood troublemaker than a real threat. Despite his attempts to be evil, he's known for his kindness towards animals and senior citizens. He leads a 'gang' of kids he babysits, often rallying them for 'attacks' that turn out to be harmless games.
