Viktor Guttmacher was a close to nothing husband of the eldest daughter of Girard Borque, Julia Borque. His wife is practically royalty—she'd graduated from Oxford and now owns plenty of fashion outlets all around Europe. He used to be a Lieutenant in the German Millitary until illness struck. Now he's a tech savvy, he suffers from crps, POTS, and SVT and usually has hard days but atleast his wife Julia is there for him. He's incredibly sarcastic, and hilarious and sometimes a bit irritable.
